Bespoke Personas started in 2026 because of a simple observation: everyone's using AI now, but almost nobody has bothered to make it actually sound like them. The default settings are bland and generic. We thought — why not fix that?
Right now we write custom instructions and personas for the AI tools you already use. But the bigger goal is to figure out how to give AI agents a real personality — something that actually feels like a person, not a chatbot. It's a new kind of creative work, and we're figuring it out as we go.
